ABOUT

Hi, my name is Caroline, I am a fully qualified counsellor, member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a Mental Health First Aider. I provide online and telephone counselling throughout the UK as well as face to face and walk and talk therapy in the Bristol area.

I am an integrative therapist which means I adapt my skills and knowledge to suit your needs.  I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space where we can work together to help you move past the issues that stand in the way of your true potential.

I am also a mum of twins and have worked in both private and public sectors for large and small organisations in various industries including media, education, police, tech and legal professions. . I find drawing upon these experiences particularly beneficial in client work.

I believe that human connection and a deep working relationship with my clients leads to positive outcomes. Working within an ethical framework of good practice, you are the focus, sessions are led by you, and you set the pace.

I will sit with you, guide and empower you by providing the essential tools throughout your counselling journey.
